Pop-Up Dinners and Restaurants are unique, temporary, culinary events usually lasting 1-2 days. The SFCA hosts one-of-a-kind, one-night-only Pop-Up Dinners on the first Thursday of each month in our student restaurant, The Guesthouse. A prix fixe menu is offered at $45 per person. Seating between 6:15pm - 6:45pm.
Drawing inspiration from the days of the crooners…start the New Year off right with dishes from the 1940's and amazing Burgundy wines.

In the interest of public safety, the SFCA maintains a policy of responsible alcohol service. All dinner wines are 5 oz pours. Guests are limited to a 3-drink maximum.
