Back by popular demand! Learn the back-story and food-related anecdotes behind the classic opera “Carmen”, as told by popular opera lecturer Mark Tiarks.  Meanwhile, dine on Chef Rocky’s special Basque-themed menu inspired by the little-known origins of the tempestuous title character and her lover, Don Jose.  Demonstration.
